Lisa is our AI travel assistant. She can recommend destinations, suggest hotels and activities, build custom itineraries based on your preferences, budget, and travel style. Think of her as your personal travel agent, available 24/7.

Yes! One-Up Travel is currently free to use. You can create an account, chat with Lisa, and plan itineraries at no cost. We may introduce premium features in the future, but core travel planning will always remain accessible.

We're working on integrating direct booking capabilities. Currently, Lisa can recommend hotels and activities with real photos and reviews from Google, and direct you to the best places to book. Full booking integration is coming soon.

Lisa pulls real-time data from Google Places, including actual hotel photos, guest reviews, and ratings. However, prices and availability are estimates and should always be verified directly with the provider before booking. Always check visa requirements and travel advisories through official government sources.

Click "Sign In" in the top right corner and select "Create Account". You can sign up with your email and a password, or use Google Sign-In for one-click access. Your account lets you save itineraries and access them across devices.

You can request account deletion by contacting us at Clem@one-up.cloud. We'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more details on your data rights.
